Do you have special wholesale prices and services?
Yes, we have the most competitive prices and best services to support our wholesale customers. We provide OEM and ODM services for wholesale; we can put your brand and logo on the packaging.
What payment methods can I use? How difficult is the payment process?
Currently, you can pay via Visa, Paypal, MasterCard, bank transfer, and Western Union.
How long will it take for my order to ship? How long will it take to receive it?
Usually, your order will be shipped within 7-15 business days after your payment is verified by us or a third party. However, if any popular product is out of raw materials, it will take more time.
As usual, we recommend economical shipping methods. Of course, you can also choose other services, such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx express services. Shipping time is based on the real-time estimate provided by the courier.
What about the warranty?
We offer a 3-year warranty. All products are strictly tested by our experienced quality control team before shipment. However, there may be some unpredictable problems, and we will repair the product free of charge within the warranty period. Man-made faults and damage are not covered by our warranty.
